We gladly accept returns no question asked. Just a few things for you to keep in mind:
- Custom Orders cannot be returned.
- Your request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- All the items are unused and in its original condition that we sent.
- No Exchange or Replacement
How to Request a Return
- Email us at thejewelcreation@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Reason for return
- Our support team will review and respond within 2 business days.
- After it is approved, you will be given a return address and further instructions.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be credited within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or Bank Transfers.
Order Cancellations
